Jerome “Rome” Waters is the CEO/Founder of Humble Beast Movement, LLC. Jerome is an entrepreneur, producer, songwriter, and all around creative from Baltimore, Maryland. His life has been impacted by the city's relentless violence but has redirected his hurt and founded Humble Beast Movement, as a way to encourage others to thrive and breathe new life through music. Jerome also serves as a liaison and day to day manager for several record labels.​
